There is a non-refundable application fee of $35, payable through our PayPal account, which goes towards a credit history and criminal background check. This process is intended protect the landlord as well as the residents: by screening potential tenants, current and future residents can have peace of mind about who shares common space and entry to the building.

Not all form fields may be relevant to you, but we do ask that you complete as much of the application as possible in order to qualify for tenancy with us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
